He was born in Kahramanmaras in 1969. He graduated from Gunyuzu Primary School in Konya Cihanbeyli in 1986, Urgup High School in Urup, Nevsehir in 1986, and graduated from Adana Cukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. He completed his specialization in Diyarbakir Dicle University, Department of Neurology between 1999-2004. In 2012, he graduated from Eskisehir Anadolu University Audiovisual Techniques and Media Production Department Photography and Camera Department. In 2014, he completed the Master of Clinical Psychology at St. Clements University Department of Psychology.
He worked as a General Practitioner in Siirt Health Directorate between 1992-1994 and in Mersin Tece Health Center between 1994-1998. He worked as a Research Assistant at Diyarbakir Dicle University, Department of Neurology between 1999-2004. In 2004, he started to work as a Neurology Specialist at the Private Mersin System Surgery Medical Center.
