• Psychotechnical Report
• The Mental Competence Report is given from our Psychiatry clinic.

Situations where the Mental Competence Report is requested:

• Power of attorney
• Wedding procedures
• Land title transactions
• Savings transactions

According to the legislation, the presence of the power of discrimination (the power of appeal) is determined by the doctor’s report, in case of a suspect about the ability of the concerned in terms of old age, illness or appearance or if there is a notice and complaint about this subject. To get the legal license or mental report, together with the following documents:

• A cover letter from a notary
• Original of birth certificate
• Photocopy of identity card
• 1 photograph

It is enough to apply to the Psychiatry clinic of our center.
