He was born in Çorsan in 1951. He completed his secondary school in Varto and his teacher training school in Tunceli. He graduated from Ankara Faculty of Medicine in 1976 and worked in Cizre. After his military service, he completed his Ear, Nose, and Throat specialization at Ankara Dış Kapı SSK Hospital. He completed his compulsory service in Tunceli. In 1987, he began working as a freelance specialist in Mersin. Since his assistantship years, he has participated in numerous symposiums and ENT meetings. From the beginning of his specialization, he has developed a special interest in aesthetic surgery, particularly all facial aesthetic procedures, and began performing them. In 2007, he began working as an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist at the Private Mersin System Surgical Medical Center.
