He was born in 1982 in the Çekerek district of Yozgat. After completing his primary education at Ankara Çizmeci Primary School, he attended Atatürk Anatolian High School for middle school and Ankara Science High School for high school. Between 2000 and 2006, he studied medicine at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, and between 2009 and 2013, he completed his specialization in Psychiatry. From 2013 to 2016, he worked at the Marmaris and İskenderun Military Hospitals. In 2018, he began working as a Psychiatry Specialist at the Private Mersin System Surgical Medical Center. He is married and the father of two children.
